Getting started is simple.
You’ll create a secure account using our pet care software, accessible online or through a mobile app.
This allows us to keep everything organized and ensures our team has the information needed to care for your pet properly.
Through your account, you can:
• Request and manage services
• Receive visit updates with photos
• Handle scheduling and payments easily
MEET & GREET
Before ongoing services begin, we schedule an in-person meet & greet at your home.
This visit helps everyone feel comfortable, informed, and prepared before care starts.
During this visit, we:
• Meet you and your pet(s)
• Review routines, instructions, and preferences
• Answer questions and confirm it’s a great fit
COORDINATE CARE
Once your account is set up, you can request services and manage care directly through the app.
We approve requests after the meet & greet to ensure the best possible experience for your pet.
Through your account, you can:
• Add, cancel, or reschedule visits anytime
• Communicate updates or changes easily
• Receive visit notes and photos after each visit
Our Services
Dog Walking
A fun walk with exercise, potty break, and fresh water. No extra charge for additional dogs as long as they can be walked together within the scheduled time — part of our mission to keep pets in loving homes and encourage fostering and adoption.
$20/walk
*starting price for 20 min walk based on location and frequency
Drop in visits
A drop in visit for dogs, cats, or other pets — includes feeding, potty break/litter clean, playtime, and cuddles. No extra charge for multiple pets if care can be provided within the scheduled time — part of our mission to keep pet care affordable and support fostering and adoption.
$20/visit
*starting price for 20 min visits based on location and frequency
Overnight Stay
This service includes a 12-hour overnight stay from evening to morning. Any additional drop-in visits or walks outside of that timeframe should be scheduled separately, with the number based on your pet’s individual needs. Most clients typically add 1–2 extra visits or walks per day.
